Our warehouse staff is highly trained to package your goods exactly according to the specifications we offer. Your goods will go through an exhaustive inspection and properly secured before they are shipped. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers across multiple countries. Orders with more than one item are given processing time for each item.

We will carefully examine all products before they are shipped. Most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between three and seven days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
